When we first moved to our home office, located on the beautiful shores of Lake Minnetonka in Minnesota, we wanted to catch real fish!  On a lake of more than 14,000 acres, that task would have been difficult had we attempted it without assistance. Wanting to catch a specific type of fish, we knew we needed to hire a professional fishing guide—someone who knew what bait to use, what gauge fishing line to use and where to catch fish.  Our professional fisherman had his own unique approach that allowed us to be successful in "landing" our desired fish.
